Renowned Ethiopian-Swedish chef, Marcus Samuelsson, is behind many restaurants worldwide. For this new location at mega ‘retailtainment’ centre American Dream, he specifically asked our team to showcase the staff working in the kitchen.

The new design combines the kitchen and the bar, locating them at the center of the restaurant and the storefront. Diners, as well as passersby in the mall, can experience and appreciate the vibrant activity inside this central kitchen.
结果
Marcus Life is a theatrical, ground-breaking concept akin to Cirque du Soleil meets Iron Chef. Front and centre of the space is an open 360° kitchen “stage” from where live filming of the kitchen team in action is broadcasted on monitors throughout the restaurant. Consideration was given to programming the restaurant with multiple media moments to optimize online influence.
