A strategic thinker, he strives to generate creative real estate solutions using financial modelling, storytelling and stakeholder leadership.
For every project, Patrick focuses on maximising the value of assets for clients while developing new experiences for diverse audiences across the globe. He is highly experienced in the development and oversight of statistical models to forecast financial performance and optimise space configuration. Grounded by a strong understanding of the consumer, he also stays across the latest international trends and benchmarks, and how to apply these to global commercial developments.
A graduate of University College London, Patrick previously worked for CBRE and Harper Dennis Hobbs in the UK and spent time as a retail strategy consultant in Australia.
