A new milestone for Conscient Elaira Residences in Gurugram
Conscient Elaira is a new residential development in Gurugram, India, that harmoniously blends community with nature. Envisioned as a holistic, luxury residential experience with an elevated lifestyle offering, the residences have been thoughtfully designed to take in views of the surrounding landscape and connect with the central gardens. Benoy has delivered a holistic concept, including the masterplan, façade design, interiors and landscape.
A sweeping landscape
Drawing inspiration from the peacock, India’s national bird, the landscape design captures the bird’s grace, vibrancy, and elegance. The northern end of the garden offers privacy and serenity, while the southern lawn provides an open space for community gatherings and events. Garden spaces flow organically, mimicking the delicate arcs and fanning shapes of peacock feathers, while curved pathways and sweeping lines choreograph journeys through the landscape.
The three-dimensional, multi-level garden is also inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, with its cascading greenery wrapping around the towers and framing the clubhouse amenities at the heart of the project.
Multi-aspect apartments
Conscient Elaira boasts 268 spacious three-bedroom apartments across two graceful cruciform towers with a central core, each designed to maximise daylight, natural ventilation and views. The floorplates have been refined to provide multi-aspect apartments in each quadrant of the towers, enabling cross-ventilation and expansive views of the neighbouring golf courses and Aravalli Hills.
Each residence features an extended frontage, allowing for deep balconies that overlook the gardens, while the facades are sculpted with bold, curved fins that give the towers a distinct identity, breaking the mass into vertical, human-scaled volumes.
A curated living experience
The ceremonial entrance lobby welcomes residents with a grand skylight, organic shapes and a sequence of gently curving walls, which carve out pocket gardens, alcoves and views to the lush landscape outside, creating points of discovery. The ground floor journey plays on elements of chiaroscuro, taking residents from the bright, light-filled entrance to more intimate, dramatic lift lobbies, which evoke the atmosphere of a boutique hotel.
Envisioned as a holistic residence, the extensive amenities have been integrated with the thoughtful landscape design to encourage exploration and curiosity, extending residents’ living space into the garden. Residents can discover pools, shaded walkways, outdoor lounges, and a clubhouse with amenities, including a gym, restaurant, and wellness spaces.
