Riyadh Park Mall wins at Cityscape 2019

We are delighted to announce that Benoy's scheme, Riyadh Park Mall in Saudi Arabia won ‘Retail Project Award’ at the Cityscape Awards 2019 this week.

Cityscape Jeddah 2019 is the eighth edition of the leading international real estate exhibition, which was held at Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events in Saudi Arabia. The event brought together more than 50 exhibitors and gave developers, investors and industry decision makers the opportunity to explore the strategy for the region.

Running alongside the main exhibition, the Cityscape Jeddah Awards recognized major projects that will benefit the Kingdom’s real development landscape.

The $133m Riyadh Park Mall scheme for local developer Asala Holding consists of luxury retail and leisure offerings, featuring an external boulevard and an internal plaza area with entertainment areas.
