Tom Cartledge has led Benoy since 2016, guiding the studio into its second generation of family ownership while drawing on an international background spanning real estate, retail and investment to broaden it beyond its architectural origins. Under his leadership, Benoy's interdisciplinary team now works from design hubs in London and Shanghai with experts in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Hong Kong, working across commercial strategy & advisory, architecture, masterplanning, landscape architecture, interior design and branded environments, from pre-development through to asset repositioning. He is a regular promoter of the UK on trade missions.
