John is a long-serving director at Benoy and a chartered UK architect, with experience across all of the practice’s key markets: the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He combines a sharp cultural awareness with a creative approach grounded in practical understanding, producing work that is original, and commercially sound. John engages at every stage of the development process, working through concept and design alongside his team. He believes architecture should bring communities together and give places a fresh identity that stays true to their heritage, that every project should be ‘of place’, responsive to site, culture, and local context.
