Donna Webster leads the EMEA People team. She manages the full employee lifecycle and partners closely with senior directors and the Board to shape a people strategy that's both commercially sound and human. She's passionate about employee engagement and inclusion, building efficient HR operations and infrastructure, and supporting the key milestones in an employee’s lifecycle, all the while staying firmly focused on what the business needs to succeed. Donna started as a receptionist at Benoy in 2005 and has spent over 20 years with the business, rising through the ranks to lead people operations and process, bringing more than 12 years of HR expertise to everything she does.
