Tropical Glamour
The landscape concept, Tropical Glamour, draws on Yalong Bay’s coastal setting to establish an outdoor shopping environment that feels like a seaside resort as much as a retail destination. Working within the constraints of an existing structure, the design prioritises well-shaded outdoor shopping streets that retain existing mature palm trees, preserving the site’s established tropical character while integrating contemporary luxury retail aesthetics. The result positions the outdoor realm as a an extension of the retail experience into a landscaped coastal environment.
The development is targeted to become Sanya’s leading luxury destination, positioned five minutes from over 12,000 five-star hotel rooms and 25 minutes from Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
