Passenger insights, space planning and revenue forecasting
Benoy’s scope at Bristol has covered passenger surveys and profiling, commercial space planning and strategy, and revenue forecasting. The work has informed enhancement across scales, from individual store developments to the airport’s car parking strategy and successive terminal expansion programmes. Each engagement has combined primary passenger research with commercial modelling, positioning Bristol’s commercial offer to the airport’s evolving passenger profile and supporting both day-to-day commercial performance and longer-term capital planning.
Sustained revenue per passenger growth
Bristol Airport has recorded a sustained rise in revenue per passenger, resulting from continuous improvement across the airport’s commercial offer. Bristol Airport was named European Airport of the Year in the 5 to 15 million passengers’ category at the 2018 ASQ Awards, run by Airports Council International.
