Benoy’s Multiple Projects Selected for 2023 RIBA China Landmark 100 — Urban Commercial Complex List

We are thrilled to share that Benoy has secured a spot for 15 projects on this prestigious list. This accomplishment not only showcases the team’s professionalism throughout the entire process, from conceptual creation to project completion but also highlights the broad acknowledgment of our design and commercial project success in both the market and academic community.

RIBA, established in 1834, is an international and longstanding architectural institute that has been at the forefront of global excellence in design.

The institute aims to drive the overall progress of architecture, foster the acquisition of diverse arts and scientific knowledge within the industry, and establish connections among architects worldwide to provide support and inspiration to the global architectural community.

The “2023 RIBA China Landmark 100” initiative is designed to delve into the distinctiveness of contemporary urban commercial complexes in China. Through activities that spotlight city landmarks, RIBA leverages its global community to celebrate the value of these architectural marvels, presenting diverse perspectives from around the world.

On November 30^th 2023, Qin Pang, Benoy’s Director and Head of the Shanghai office, will participate in the award forum organized by RIBA at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Singapore. During this event, he will join industry colleagues from diverse backgrounds across Asia to celebrate the accomplishments and joy stemming from China’s urban landmark 100 projects.
