We’re proud to announce that Han Jardin, a Benoy-designed project, has won Bronze in the Residential Architecture category at the 16th National Architecture Awards (2024 – 2025), hosted by the Vietnam Association of Architects. Held on 20 May 2025 at the historic Hanoi Opera House, the awards celebrated 54 winners across 239 entries, recognising Vietnam’s dynamic and diverse architectural landscape.
Representing Benoy at the gala were Azaria Lee, Project Director, and Conor Gan, Business Development Manager. This achievement is a shared honour with our partner VNCC, whose collaboration was vital to the project’s success, and with our client Hancorp, whose trust and vision made it possible.
The National Architecture Awards are held biennially to celebrate design excellence, creative innovation, and contributions to Vietnam’s built environment.

About Han Jardin
Located in Hanoi’s Diplomatic Quarter, Han Jardin is a landmark mixed-use development by Hancorp, designed by Benoy in collaboration with VNCC.
The project features:
• Two 45-storey residential towers with 560 apartments
• A dynamic commercial podium blending retail and community uses
Inspired by the French word “Jardin” (garden) and natural waveforms, the architecture fuses modern luxury with organic serenity, from bold, cascading podium lines to soft, tranquil balconies. Positioned near West Lake and key transport links, the development creates a unique urban oasis.
Balancing Vietnamese heritage, multi-generational living, and a fast-evolving urban lifestyle, Han Jardin is crafted as a vibrant, sustainable community in one of Hanoi’s most important districts.
