Our prestigious Newark (Nottinghamshire, UK) studios are looking for forward thinking architects and designers to join our 70 strong team.

You will take up pivotal leading positions on a number of new commissions, across Europe and spanning various development sectors, including mixed use, retail, leisure and aviation.

Your portfolio of work will demonstrate excellent design skills and ability to imagine architectural concepts and narratives.

Experience in large scale mixed use developments is beneficial but candidates with clear design ethos, fresh thinking and strong presentation skills will be advantageous

You will work in a dynamic, inclusive team where your work will form an essential component of the Benoy brand.

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Industry experience of all RIBA work stages, in particular stages 1-3

  • The ability to forward plan, manage and produce comprehensive 2D and 3D design packages
  • Demonstrate project and team leading skills

Your portfolio of work will demonstrate your excellent technical skills and ability to act as guardian of design quality, developing architectural concepts into award winning designs.

Experience in large scale mixed use developments is beneficial but candidates with a proven record for delivery, strong project leadership and communications skills are advantageous.

Architectural Assistant
London

Benoy is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its London Studio, commencing in early 2017.

You will take up pivotal leading positions on a number of new commissions, in particular our new project based in Chengdu, China.

Your portfolio of work will demonstrate excellent design skills and ability to imagine architectural concepts and narratives.

Experience in large scale mixed use developments is beneficial but candidates with clear design ethos, fresh thinking and strong presentation skills will be advantageous.

You will work in a dynamic, inclusive team where your work will form an essential component of the Benoy brand.

Your career will develop as you contribute across a number of projects and disciplines with opportunities to learn skills and benefit from Benoy's global reach and talent.

Advanced Junior / Intermediate Visualiser
Newark

Benoy is seeking an experienced Advanced Junior / Intermediate Visualiser to join its Newark Studio.

You will work in a dynamic, inclusive team where your work will form an essential component of the Benoy brand.

Your career will develop as you contribute across a number of projects and disciplines with opportunities to learn skills and benefit from Benoy's global reach and talent.

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Advanced working knowledge of 3ds Max, Vray & Photoshop, used in the creation of architectural visuals from start to finish.
  • Working with a project team of architects to produce visuals in conceptual, diagrammatic and fully polished visual styles. The ideal applicant will be able to start right away without training.
  • The applicant will be surrounded by other visualisers working on other projects and technologies. This is a fun, vibrant and constantly evolving place to work.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to provide examples of their work via email that they have completed by themselves.
  • A working knowledge of architecture is not mandatory but desired.
  • Flexible work ethic, to stay behind and get the job done when needed.
  • Unreal Game engine experience also not a requirement but beneficial for future development.

Salary dependent on experience.
