Riverside 66

Benoy worked with KPF to design Riverside 66 Mall, one of the longest malls in Tianjin. The scheme features six floors of retail and entertainment with four basement levels.

The design includes a unique architectural roof that slopes towards the Hai He River, maximising views from the mall.

An interesting expression of form and function is created by the six levels of retail. This is topped by an entire floor of food and beverage offers called the Skystreet, which is located just beneath the transparent canopy roof.
