Parquesur

Parquesur is a retail centre serving the residential district of Leganes, south of Madrid.

A major refurbishment and extension created approximately 40,000m² of new retail
and leisure facilities.

The scheme is formed around an extension to the existing lake with terraces for open
air dining, taking full advantage of this unique feature.

Benoy also undertook Graphic Design and wayfinding within the centre.
