This redevelopment of a 1960s centre created a bold new vision for city centre regeneration, moving it forward into a new era of trading.

Avoiding the usual introverted malls, a series of glass-sided walkways now link the 450,000m² of shops and 1,000 space car park, whilst exploiting picturesque views onto the 17th century Church of St. Mary.
