Benoy designed the award-winning Multiyork unit as an environmentally friendly, gateway building to the refurbished Beehive Centre.

This impressive and innovative development comprises structural curved glulaminated timber beams which are incorporated externally and internally to provide real dynamism along the street frontage.

The entrance to the Multiyork unit is expressed as a projecting frameless glass enclosure with the returns clad in copper, a continuation of the external vision.
