The scheme features an open piazza, generous atrium and scenic lifts.

A distinguishing design feature is the double-skin facade, which has been inspired by the traditional colourful louvered doors used in Vietnamese houses.
The sliding screens behind the full-height glass facade will create a lively and colourful pattern on the exterior of the building.
