This new flagship store for Marks and Spencer in Derby, located within the new extension to the Eagle Shopping Centre by Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd, totals nearly 11,150m².

Trading areas are arranged over three floors with internal frontages to two mall levels and a prominent external frontage facing onto the city’s inner Ring Road.

Completed in October 2008, key elements of this £15 million scheme are being rolled out regionally across the UK.
