Benoy worked on the detail design and delivery of the 50,000m² extension that includes a flagship four storey John Lewis department store and 12 screen Cinema de Lux.

A key feature of the project is the natural ventilation provided throughout, which has helped the project achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’.
