The design intent for Central Plaza Rama 9 was to create a futuristic, statement retail complex in the Ratchada area of Bangkok.

The 80,000m² of Retail and Leisure spread over seven levels has been divided into three distinctive zones. At the basement, a seamless connection to the Rama 9 MRT station affords access to the wider city.

 

An organic approach to the design has resulted in a series of sweeping curvilinear elements extending along the façade and continuing into the interior.

The central atrium forms a key feature for the development, allowing daylight to flood into the levels below.
