Dynamic leisure

As a dynamic, mixed-use development, Caspian Waterfront is set to transform the shoreline of the Caspian Sea, the largest inland body of water on earth.

The architectural response to this dramatic backdrop is a contemporary yet organic form that draws on the geography and geology of Azerbaijan as well as the culture and history of the country.

The 120,000m² scheme includes two levels of retail, six levels of entertainment and leisure as well as a designated tower for food and beverage.

Each of the levels of leisure will have its own, unique identity but all will celebrate 21st Century entertainment.

Rising from a granite podium and featuring angled glass façades, the 67m, spiralling tower will be home to restaurants, bars and cafés. This new development will be served by two basement levels of car parking, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
