Benoy Triumphs at RECon Asia Winning Four Retail Design Awards

Benoy is honoured to receive four Awards at this year’s ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Centre Awards. All four schemes received acclaim in the category ‘Innovative Design and Development of a New Retail Project’.

Benoy’s iconic Shanghai ifc mall took the Gold Award. With direct links to the iconic Pearl Tower and the new MTR station Shanghai ifc mall is a fitting landmark for a city with global ambitions.

Taking the Silver Award, Central Festival in Thailand is an innovative eight-level retail centre offers visitors more than 200 shops, restaurants and boutiques situated on Pattaya’s world-famous shoreline.

Located in Shenyang in north-eastern China, Benoy’s Palace 66 received the Silver Award. The imposing design and evocative interiors reflect the scale and grandeur of the neighbouring Imperial Palace in a now renowned commercial shopping street.

Benoy’s design for Yueda 889 in Shanghai was also recognised with a Silver Award. Inspired by the site’s rich history and trading routes and comprising four levels of retail and a 40-storey office tower, Yueda 889 has created a new landmark for the district
