Benoy Secures Multi-Million Pound Contracts in China

Benoy is delighted to announce four major new contracts for the company in China with a combined fee value of over £10 Million.

Benoy has been appointed on Changsha IFC to develop the masterplan, overall retail podium planning, architecture, and interior design for this scheme featuring a pair of iconic financial towers.

Central Park, Guangzhou will introduce a ground-breaking 80,000m² retail mall set in a richly landscaped park with an iconic Monocoque roof. The development has aspirations to achieve sustainability accreditations including LEED Platinum.

Rainbow City in Shanghai’s Hung Kou district, will include Benoy’s first Theatre and Arts Building in this exciting 59,000m² mixed-use scheme.

Benoy has been appointed to masterplan and design a 600,000m² mixed-use development in Jinan, northern China. This major contract will provide Jinan with its first high-end MixC mall and luxury residential, hospitality, office space and public realm.
