Benoy was the masterplanner for the Lujiazui Pudong Qiantan, located in the south of Shanghai.
The precinct will be positioned as the third central business district of Shanghai. The strategic location will serve as a major public transportation interchange and waterfront entertainment destination. The 34 hectare core area development will comprise of over 1.8 million square metres of mixed-use development including retail, cultural and entertainment, office and hotel, residential and a tower.
