Benoy takes a look at its City Walk development in Dubai one year on from the opening of its second phase in 2016.
As one of the projects which has put Benoy on the map in Dubai and the wider UAE, the design celebrates our approach to evolving the outdoor environment in the region; moving away from air-conditioned big box models to reimagining the retail and entertainment offer in an open-air setting.
Situated within the Central Park District of Dubai, City Walk Phases I and II bring to the city a destination which supports the continued growth vision of the UAE.
Featuring high-end entertainment and fine dining as well as landscaped lake and recreational spaces, the mixed-use retail development allows for both indoor and outdoor entertainment, in an integrated urban streetscape.
