DesignMENA, the Middle East’s leading website for architecture and interior design, has named Paul Priest as one of the 40 most powerful architects in the Middle East for 2017.
“It’s an honour to be recognised, however, this achievement is a result of the creativity and dedication of the entire studio and the support of our esteemed clients,” said Paul.
As Director and Head of MENA, Paul has been instrumental in making Benoy’s mark in the area, especially known as the driving force behind the much celebrated mixed-use project, The Beach in Dubai; an open-air, low-rise development that overlooks the Arabian Gulf, recognised as the prominent new leisure destination for the Middle East.
Notably, since being appointed Benoy’s top role in the Middle East Priest has increased business in the region three-fold and has reaffirmed his position in the industry as a leading figure.
Projects in the region for 2017 include the highly anticipated Bahrain Marina, Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Park in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain International Airport's New Terminal with many more to follow.
