Chengdu IFS is a premier mixed-use development which acts as a ‘City within a city’, combining four tower components for International Grade A Offices, a 5-Star Hotel and luxury Residential with the flagship of the scheme, a world-class 210,000m2 Retail Podium. The overarching design of Chengdu IFS has concentrated on the inclusion of green and civic spaces, creating a sense of place through history and culture and delivering a luxurious and timeless mixed-use landmark for the city.
LOTTE WORLD MALL is a high-profile addition to the commercial property sector in Seoul, South Korea. Seamlessly integrated to a high-end department store, an entertainment tower and world-class concert hall, the retail development has established a shopping and entertainment destination to elevate Seoul’s exciting megacity of ten million and its booming tourism industry. Benoy’s Interior Design has captured the significance of the development, introducing innovative and interactive features not yet seen on the same scale in the country.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the regional counterpart of the International Property Awards and celebrate the highest achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
