Benoy, the international firm of Architects, Masterplanners, Interior and Graphic Designers, is delighted to announce that the London office will be moving to Barber-Surgeons’ Hall, 1 Monkwell Square, in the City of London on the 6 May.
Monkwell Square is the home of the Worshipful Company of Barbers, the medieval surgeons’ livery company. The Barbers have been on the location of Monkwell Square since the 1440s and welcomed Benoy Chairman Graham Cartledge CBE, Vice-Chairman Nick Lamb and Global Director Tom Cartledge last month at the new Benoy London home.
Graham, speaking to the Barbers in March described the move as ‘a great chance to further emphasise Benoy as a British Brand with such a historic setting for the London studio.’
London studio head David Ellis, Director, said ‘after almost 20 years since the opening of our London studio, where we have created some of the UK’s most exciting retail architectural schemes, it is now a perfect time for our new adventure.’
Benoy London first opened in 1995, in Holborn, and will officially move to 1 Monkwell Square in May with fully redesigned and modern interiors designed by the award-winning Benoy interior design team.
